Hey Beautiful Ladies 🦋 I’m so excited to ENHANCE your natural beauty! Please take a moment and read my policies before booking to assure that we always remain on the same page. * APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING : All appointments for eyelash extensions must be scheduled in advance. Walk-in appointments are NOT available. * CANCELLATION POLICY : We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a 40% cancellation fee. A 2nd cancellation within the 24hr period will result in having to pay a $30 deposit for all future appointments. A 3rd & you will no longer be able to book with us. * NO-SHOW POLICY : No call no-shows will be charged a no-show fee of 40% & will no longer be able to book with us. * LATE ARRIVALS : Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged 40% and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. * PAYMENT METHODS : All appointments require a card for booking. However, the card will not be charged until after service is performed or in the event of cancellation or no call no-shows. Please see above for more information. Payments accepted are Cash, Debit, Credit, Cashapp, Zelle & Applepay. * REFUND POLICY : Under no circumstances will refunds be issued. If a client has any issues with their services, they must reach out directly within 48 hours. After 48 hours, client will be charged regular price for any touchups. * MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS : To maintain the longevity of your eyelash extensions, we recommend scheduling regular maintenance appointments every 2-3 weeks. Fill appointments are charged differently by week (refer to booking site). Anything Scheduled after 3 weeks will be considered a full set and will be charged as such. * AFTERCARE : Please follow the aftercare instructions provided to ensure the best results and longevity of your eyelash extensions.
