Before booking, please take a moment to review the following policies to ensure the best experience for both you and your artist. ✨ ALLERGY-CONSCIOUS LASH ARTIST & PATCH TEST REQUIREMENT Enhanced Beauty Bar is proud to be an allergy-conscious lash studio. I have completed advanced education and specialize in using a plant-based, cyanoacrylate-free adhesive—making this a safer, more elevated experience for my clients. I am currently one of the first artists in Central Florida to offer this adhesive, and among a limited number of artists worldwide trained in this method. Due to this advanced system, ALL new clients are required to book a patch test at least 72 hours prior to their full set appointment. The patch test is a 30-minute appointment where a small section of lashes is applied to test for any sensitivity. This is required to ensure you are a good candidate for extensions and to prioritize your safety. — ✨ APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING All lash appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are not available. — ✨ CANCELLATION POLICY A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Less than 24 hours notice: 40% cancellation fee • Second late cancellation: $30 deposit required for future bookings • Third late cancellation: booking privileges will be revoked — ✨ NO-SHOW POLICY No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 40% of the service and will no longer be eligible to book. — ✨ LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and a 40% fee will apply. — ✨ PAYMENT METHODS A card is required to book all appointments. Cards are only charged after your service or in the event of a cancellation/no-show. Accepted payments: Cash, Debit/Credit, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay. — ✨ REFUND POLICY All services are non-refundable. If you experience any issues, please contact me within 48 hours. After this timeframe, any touch-ups will be charged at the regular rate. — ✨ MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS To maintain your lash extensions, fills are recommended every 3 - 4 weeks. Fill pricing varies by week (see booking site). Appointments booked beyond 4 weeks will be considered a full set. — ✨ AFTERCARE Proper aftercare is essential for retention and lash health.
